Sound familiar?

You've heard about AI.
But it hasn't clicked yet.

Most people try an AI tool once, get a generic result, and conclude it doesn't work. The problem isn't the tool – it's not knowing how to ask.

"I tried ChatGPT but the output was rubbish"

Generic prompts get generic results. Module 1 teaches you the prompting techniques that get useful, specific, professional output.

"I don't know which AI tool to use or if they're different"

Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini each have real strengths. Module 1 gives you a clear decision framework so you always pick the right one.

"I'm worried about putting confidential information into these tools"

A real concern – covered properly in the workshop. You'll learn exactly what's safe, what isn't, and how to get value within those limits.

"I spend half my day on emails and reports I could do in minutes"

That's the entire point of this workshop. Modules 2 and 3 work through the tasks that take most time for most professionals.

Full curriculum

Four modules.
Three hours. Real skills.

Everything is hands-on. You follow along in your own browser – no software to install. Every exercise uses real work scenarios.

Before using any AI tool effectively you need to understand two things: how to ask in a way that gets useful output, and which tool is right for which job. This module covers both – without jargon, without technical detail, and with immediate practice so it sticks.

What we cover

  • Why AI gives bad results – the three things missing from most prompts that cause vague, useless output
  • The CATO framework – Context, Action, Tone, Output. The four elements every good prompt needs, with examples from real workplace tasks
  • Claude vs ChatGPT vs Gemini – honest comparison of what each does well and which to use for which task (includes a take-home cheat sheet)
  • Data safety – what to put in, what not to put in, and how to work around the limits safely
  • Iterating – how to improve an AI output without starting again from scratch
  • Live exercise: take a bad prompt, apply CATO, compare the difference in output
You leave with:The CATO prompting framework and an AI tool comparison cheat sheet – two things you'll use every day at work
